Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the item's delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused.
- All tags must be intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- A 15% restocking fee (or $10, whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return processing costs.
3. Return Process

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom or personalized items.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.
6. Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, and proof of purchase must be provided.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee (or $10, whichever is higher) will still apply.
8. Refund Process
- We will notify you of the status of your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee (or $10, whichever is higher).
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
